Common Ground Farm
Common Ground Farm (CGF) is a non-profit organization based in Beacon, NY with a mission to serve our local community by growing vegetables, increasing access to fresh and local food for people of all incomes and socio-economic backgrounds, and educating people about food and agriculture. We grow about 3 acres of annual vegetables, following organic practices, on 6.5 acres of land outside of Beacon, NY. We donate approximately half of the produce we grow to local food pantries and community meal programs and the rest of the produce is distributed through our U-Pick CSA, local farmers’ markets, and a few local wholesale accounts, including the Beacon City School District.
