NESAWG’s Annual It Takes a Region Conference

NESAWG’s annual It Takes a Region Conference brings together farm and food systems practitioners across the 12-state Northeast region to learn, debate, collaborate, and innovate solutions to critical food systems issues. Each year, we look at the trajectory of the food and farm movement and the role our network can play in shaping its future. We offer in-depth working sessions that tackle important questions about our regional food system and how to strengthen it, drawing from the collective expertise and wisdom of conference attendees.

NESAWG prices tickets to our annual conference based on ability to pay. We encourage you to choose a ticket that is in line with the suggested parameters you fit into, so that we can continue to make our conference accessible to as many as possible regardless of income.

$40 – Solidarity Ticket – suggested for attendees who can only afford to pay this price or those who work for an organization with a budget of less than $300K who is paying their way

$55 – Discounted Ticket – Suggested for attendees who can only afford to pay this price, or who work for an organization with a budget between $300K-$700K who is paying their way

$75 – Regular Ticket – The actual, per-person cost of attending based on registration estimates. Suggested for those who can afford to pay this price, those who work for an organization with a budget of more than $700K, and university and government employees

$100 – Pay it Forward Ticket -This ticket will help offset the cost of our solidarity and discounted tickets. Suggested for high-income individuals, funders, and corporate employees.
