This event begins with a meal in the market café, with remarks from farm owner Bob Kozlowski and CCE regional specialists Amy Barkley and Nancy Glazier.

Bob has worked for many years to set up a rotationally grazed system for their 30-cow herd on the limited land base on Bullis Road. He has made pasture improvements to increase carrying capacity. We will discuss the value of nitrogen fertility and yield boost along with the benefits of soil health using the “tighty whities” demonstration. There will be moderate walking around the farm. Please wear clean boots and clothing.
