The March edition of Let’s Eat: Food on Film is a documentary that explores what it means when you buy food labelled organic, or go to a farmers market where the farmer tells you their food is organic. By hearing from farmers, activists, and others who practice, or are familiar with, organic farming, the hope is that we’ll discover why supporting organic farmers is important for our health and the health of our planet. and strengthens our resolve to buy and eat organic.
