Exhibitor Information

Thank you for being a part of our 42nd Annual Winter Conference, Cultivating Community, which will be held Saturday, January 20 – Sunday, January 21, 2024 at the Marriott Syracuse Downtown.


NOFA-NY Will Provide:

  • 8′ deep x 8′ wide booth
  • 8′ high backdrop draping
  • 3′ high side rail draping
  • 1 7″ x 40″ exhibitor ID sign (one line)
  • 1 6′ x 24″ table (topped & skirted)
  • 2 chairs
  • 1 wastebasket
  • 1 120 volt/500 watt electrical outlet

Vendor Load In:

There are two opportunities to load in.

  • Friday, January 19 from 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm
  • Saturday, January 20 from 7:00 am – 10:00 am

Trade Show Hours:

  • Saturday, January 20 from 11:30 am – 2:45 pm*
  • Saturday, January 20 from 2:45 pm – 5:45 pm
  • Saturday, January 20 from 5:45 pm – 9:00 pm*
  • Sunday, January 21 from 7:00 am – 8:30 am*
  • Sunday, January 21 from 8:30 am – 11:15 am
  • Sunday, January 21 from 11:15 am – 1:00 pm*

*The trade show floor is expected to be busy as these times are exclusively for trade show, meals, and networking.

Please remember that your trade show booth does come with two full conference registrations so you can take advantage of all the conference has to offer. If you haven’t registered your team yet, please email Jessica Aubrey as soon as possible.


If you are bringing large equipment:

Please email Jessica Aubrey as soon as possible. The hotel and the decorator need to be aware of these items.
