Our 39th Annual Winter Conference is going virtual!
While we’ll miss our in-person gathering, we are excited that this virtual format expands our conference to a wider audience! We look forward to helping you connect with even more farmers, gardeners, and homesteaders across the Northeast.
- The Winter Conference is one of the largest food and farming conferences typically attracting 1,100 in-person attendees, but the virtual format gives us the opportunity to reach even more!
- The conference will host 90+ virtual events including workshops, panels, discussion groups, demos, and networking opportunities.
- Tracks available for sponsorship include Business + Marketing, Dairy, Fruit, Gardening + Homesteading, Hemp, Kitchen Demos, Livestock, Policy, Soil Health, Urban Farming, Value-Added, and Vegetable + Vegetable + Seed Production.
- The Northeast Organic Seed Conference, held in unison with the Winter Conference, will feature 20+ seed-saving and plant breeding workshops focused on building seed sovereignty and security.

All advertisements will have click-through capability to the website of your choice. All advertisements are full color. The preferred formats are pdf or jpeg, and must be at least 300 dpi. Submit artwork via email to firstname.lastname@example.org by the deadlines above.

We will be hosting our conference on Socio in order to keep all of our events in one place and to make it as easy as possible to navigate. This virtual platform is where all participants will access the conference program, schedule, workshops, networking events, virtual trade show, and more. The app will remain open to all conference participants, sponsors, and exhibitors until February 23, 2021. Meaning you’ll have more than a month to enjoy all of the benefits that the conference has to offer!
App design is subject to change.
The App Sponsor will receive the highest visibility available on the conference app. In addition to the benefits other sponsorships offer, your logo will appear every time the app is launched.
